After you've purchased your deposit or you’ve received your Gift Certificate you’ll need to email me a selection of photos. It's really important you choose a great reference photo(s) as this is what the pet portrait will be based on. Photos should best portray the pet but also not be blurry (unless you're looking for an abstracted portrait), be well exposed and a high resolution. I welcome being sent a selection of photos as this helps me get to know the pet. Please do take a look at my hints on how.
Most portraits take between 3 and 5 weeks once the reference photo(s) have been chosen.
I generally work in two sizes: Small (40x40cm or 25x35cm) or Large (60x60cm or 50x60cm). If you are looking for a different size please contact me.
When the felt portrait is ready to send I will email you a photo to make sure you're completely delighted. Then, once the balance of payment has been made if there is one, I'll carefully package it and let you know the moment its been posted. Or if you’re in London we can arrange for me to hand deliver to you.
