In person workshops at Purr & Wag It HQ, Online live workshops and Video link kits to do in your own time.
In person Tabletop Workshops usually run on Saturdays and Sundays - mornings 10am-1pm, afternoons 2-5pm. Evening workshops mostly take place on Tuesdays, sometimes on Thursdays from 6.30/7pm-9.30pm.
Unless otherwise stated they run from Purr & Wag It HQ, Heather’s home studio.

Workshops & Short Courses In person/On line & Kits
Generally workshops and short courses are for a maximum of four participants. In person sessions take place in an informal, relaxed home atmosphere and setting.
Why small? To provide time for plenty one on one tuition. Better for you and very enjoyable for me.

Most workshops and short courses start with the basics of the wet felting process.

Private Tuition One -to- One In person/live online
Perfect if you have a busy diary, just prefer continuous individual attention or have specific learning outcomes that need some planning.
Prior to booking please get in touch so we can discuss what you want to achieve and to pencil in a day/time. If you’re thinking of the live online option then we’ll also need to take some time discussing colour options. Then simply return to this page to book.
There is a minimum booking of 4 hours for £230 (£200 online). Then each additional hour is charged at £40 (£38 online). Standard wool tops are included, specialist fibres may incur an additional cost.
Gift vouchers
For those in your life who like doing something different or new.
Experience workshops make brilliant gifts, an opportunity to indulge someone you know with a unique learning experience. Once the recipient knows which workshop they want to book onto they just need to get in touch with the voucher code.
Tabletop Workshops Gift vouchers currently come in multiples of £50 for a three hour workshop. Each voucher is numbered and states how many three hour workshops it is for. All other variables can be decided by the recipient. Plus they can be used as part payment for short courses or private tuition. For ease and speed vouchers are emailed for you to print yourself.

Community and Schools
I’ve been running workshops, courses and making collaborative art in schools and community settings for close on twenty years. I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate which is annually updated through Gov.UK’s online service.
In schools I very much enjoys creating projects and workshops that are based on process and/or themed to compliment school curriculum. Away from an educational setting I design projects to inspire participants as well as meet all design, safety and budget criteria set by funders, planners and project committees.
